The CSS JOURNAL article publication process proceeds through the following steps:
The corresponding author must first register in the journal system. It is important that all information is filled out completely to ensure effective communication with the author. Registration details are kept confidential by the journal management and are not shared with any institution or organization.
After registration, and before uploading the manuscript, a similarity report must be obtained and prepared for upload to the system. The maximum acceptable similarity rate is 25%.
Before uploading the manuscript, the copyright transfer form, available in the main menu, must be downloaded, completed, signed by all authors, and prepared for upload. The copyright transfer form is required to enable the published work to be indexed and shared through various platforms, including social media and academic databases, to increase its reach.
Once the manuscript is uploaded to the electronic journal system by the author, it is considered a formal submission. Consequently, the editorial evaluation process is initiated.
All stages from submission to publication are conducted through the electronic journal platform, and the author can easily track the progress of the process through the system.
