ARTICLE WRITING GUIDELINES
ARTICLE TITLE
All manuscripts submitted for publication must include an English title.
The title should be in 14-point, bold, Times New Roman font.
AUTHOR INFORMATION
Since submitted manuscripts will undergo a peer-review process, no information that may reveal the identity of the author(s) should be included in the manuscript.
After the peer-review process is complete, the editor will add the author information to the article.
ABSTRACT AND KEYWORDS
An abstract and keywords must be provided.
The abstract should contain at least 250 words.
The keywords section must include at least 3 and at most 5 words.
Articles that do not meet these criteria will not be published even if they successfully pass the peer-review process.
PAGE LAYOUT
Please format your pages according to the following specifications:
Paper Size: A4 Portrait (No landscape pages should be used)
Top Margin: 2 cm
Bottom Margin: 2 cm
Left Margin: 2 cm
Right Margin: 2 cm
Font: Times New Roman, justified
Font Size: 12 pt for titles, 11 pt for the main text, 10 pt for abstracts, and 8 pt for footnotes
Paragraph Spacing: In the main text: Before: 6 pt – After: 6 pt; In abstracts: Before: 0 pt – After: 0 pt
Line Spacing: Single
Page Limit: No page limit applies as CSS Journal is published online.
DO NOT INCLUDE PAGE NUMBERS OR INSERT PAGE BREAKS IN THE MANUSCRIPT.
NUMBERING OF HEADINGS
Main sections should be numbered starting from the INTRODUCTION.
Main headings should be in uppercase, while subheadings should use title case (capitalize each significant word).
Example:

3. FINDINGS AND DISCUSSIONS

REFERENCES
TABLES, IMAGES, AND FIGURES
Tables, images, and figures within the text should be numbered sequentially (not by section number).
Tables must not be added as images.
Titles and sources of all tables, visuals, and figures must be included.
Tables should be justified, while images and figures should be left-aligned.

IN-TEXT CITATIONS (APA 7 Format must be used)
In-text citations should be in the form of (Author's Last Name, Year: Page No.) or (Author's Last Name, Year).
Footnotes should be avoided for citations unless absolutely necessary.
REFERENCES SECTION
A full list of references cited in the article must be included at the end under the heading REFERENCES.
All sources cited in the text must appear in the reference list.
APA referencing style can be used in the reference section.
References must be listed alphabetically by the authors’ last names, without numbering.
